R&H Legal Services is a Law and Consultancy Firm with extensive national and international experience and great knowledge in Corporate, Commercial and Migratory Law, Intellectual Property, Personal Data Protection and new technologies, among others.
The main goal of R&H Legal Services is to provide comprehensive legal advice and support entrepreneurs and business (local and foreign) in any of their business models, helping them to face the constant changes and challenges that technology brings, protecting their interests and intangible assets.

Ximena is Colombian licensed lawyer from Pontifical Xaverian University (Colombia) and Master in Strategic Management and International Business from Seville University (Spain).
Her practice focuses on intellectual property and business immigration. Prior to joining R&H Legal Services, Ximena worked for 10 years in her own law firm managing foreign trade consulting with North American and Spanish companies, acquiring extensive experience in Civil, Commercial and Immigration Law, as well as in foreign trade business.
Sebastian holds a degree in organizational communications from the Universidad Javeriana (Colombia) and a Master’s in Business Administration from ICESI (Colombia).
He has more than 15 years of professional experience, primarily in Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Customer Service, in national and international companies. Upon joining R&H Legal Services, he supports administrative, commercial, and marketing processes. He also supports global mobility initiatives by assisting foreigners in the immigration processes of those wishing to migrate to Colombia.
